What the CEO wants you to know

Last summer I’ve read this book and in every each page I had to take notes. While we are in our way to make changes in our company as CEO I am trying to get different approaches from different leaders.

This book gave me different point of view of business. Below I am listing some of the things I’ve highlighted.

  • how do we make money?
  • can we be profitable giving customers what they want?
  • how can we fill an existing need our customers have?
  • what new needs can we satisfy for our customers?
  • should we go after new customers who have new needs?
  • how can we sell what we have to new customers?
